Study at The French Culinary Institute

The French Culinary Institute (FCI) is a world-class culinary school located in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City. Founded in 1984, the school blends classic French techniques with American inventiveness in a fast-paced curriculum. Using a rigorous hands-on approach, The FCI propels its students into the workplace after just six intense months of classes (nine for those who train at night).

Students sharpen their skills with real-time cooking at L'Ecole, the school s critically-acclaimed restaurant in the heart of New York City. The FCI offers top-notch job placement and many graduates have gone on to rewarding employment at some of the world’s best restaurants and bakeries.
